I have spent the past 10 days sailing in the Bahamas Abaco Islands. My knee held up on and off the boat onto docks and dinghies. It is still stiff but I think the vacation did me some good!

How funny--I've been pricing out tropical vacations this week for later this summer. I'm ready for one. My last vacation (my ski trip and injury) didn't work out so well for me! Looks gorgeous there!
We have the ski trip in common. That was my last big trip and it felt so good to have one under my belt that had no unexpected injuries! I hope you find a great relaxing trip!
